You don’t have to eat the same fruits and vegetables every day. You can switch them daily — as long as you stay within fruits and vegetables, you’re on track.


Daily Structure

  • Breakfast: Fruit

  • Lunch: Vegetables

  • Snack: Fruit

  • Dinner: Vegetables

  • Water: at least 120 oz per day

  • Stop eating after: 8:00 PM
